After a private, 3.5 year battle with brain cancer, legendary musician Neil Peart passed away at the age of 67 on January 7th, 2020. Video Doorbell Captures Historic 24 Hour Snowfall in Newfoundland

The Canadian city of St. John’s superseded its record for the most snow in 24 hours, recording 30 inches (76 cm), as the storm hit Newfoundland and Labrador this past Friday. A state of emergency continued in the provincial capital and elsewhere through Sunday. Snow drifts rose 12 to 15 feet high on some highways, officials said. Surreal Video Captures Spanish Resort Town Covered in Sea Foam

High waves and flooding cause sea foam to cover the streets of Tossa De Mar in Spain. The seaside resort town is located near Girona in Catalonia and the rare phenomenon has not occurred in years. Sea foam forms when the ocean churns up high concentrations of ‘organic matter’, and the strong and steady winds made clean-up efforts only worse. A Train Carrying Corn Spilled All Over the Track and Made a Golden Road

A railway car carrying corn spilled its contents over a stretch of approximately 2,000 ft in Crystal, Minnesota. The corn spilled from a train on the Canadian Pacific line and it has been estimated that roughly 900 bushels of grain spilled. Professional baker Jessica Leigh Clark-Bojin, better known as @thepieous, presents her amazing ‘Raspbaby Yoda Pie‘, which honestly looks too adorable to eat (almost). In an ongoing series of digital artworks, web developer Diana Smith ‘paints’ in code, using only CSS and HTML. Team Red Bull Breaks Pit Stop World Record for Third Time This Season

For the third time in the 2019 season, Red Bull have broken the pit stop record. In the Formula 1 Brazilian GP, they serviced Max Verstappen on the first of his three stops in an amazing 1.82 seconds, shaving six hundredths off their own record set at Hockenheim. It also means that they have wrapped up the DHL Fastest Pit Stop Award for this year. With one race to go, they are now 52 points ahead of second-placed Williams.
