Baby Yoda Raspberry Pie

Professional baker Jessica Leigh Clark-Bojin, better known as @thepieous, presents her amazing ‘Raspbaby Yoda Pie‘, which honestly looks too adorable to eat (almost). For those curious, Jessica bakes the top crust separately on a cookie sheet and then places the finished ‘crusty art’ on the base pie as soon as it comes out of the oven with a cake lifter. The heat from the base pie fuses the two pieces together. As for keeping the top crust cold, long enough to do all the artwork, Jessica works on flexible cutting…
