War Vet on Antiques Roadshow Collapses After Learning Value of his $345 Rolex

A Vietnam war veteran in the United States Air Force purchased this ‘Daytona’ Rolex Oyster Cosmograph for $345 in 1974. It’s an incredibly rare timepiece in what might be, the best condition in the world. When he decides to take his watch to Antiques Roadshow in West Fargo, North Dakota, he is floored when told the auction value of his watch. For a man who spent his time in service defusing mines and unexploded ordnance, this is awesome to see.
