Video Doorbell Captures Historic 24 Hour Snowfall in Newfoundland

The Canadian city of St. John’s superseded its record for the most snow in 24 hours, recording 30 inches (76 cm), as the storm hit Newfoundland and Labrador this past Friday. A state of emergency continued in the provincial capital and elsewhere through Sunday. Snow drifts rose 12 to 15 feet high on some highways, officials said. Volcanos On Venus Might Still Be Active

Venus is often seen as Earth’s hellish twin, being only slightly smaller than our planet but covered in a toxic acid atmosphere hot enough to melt lead. A new study has found hints of a new similarity between the two planets; Venus might still have active volcanos. Previous observations of Venus have revealed lava flows on the surface of the planet less than 2.5 million years old.
