(CNN)While Harvey Weinstein was sentenced to 23 years in prison in New York earlier this month, he’s still facing charges in Los Angeles as well. This process is reliant on many actions by other agencies, so it is unclear when Weinstein will physically be in Los Angeles, Risling says in a statement.
