An Amazing Flyover of New York in a Resolution Higher Than Your Monitor Can Handle

To film this jaw dropping 12K flyover of New York City, Phil Holland had to create a one-of-a-kind aerial camera array consisting of: 3X RED Weapon Monstro 8K VV cameras, which once processed creates stunning 100 megapixel motion picture images with a sensor size of approximately 645 Medium Format Film. This Might Be the Best Lightning Storm Timelapse Ive Ever Seen

“Transient” is a new short film by storm chaser and timelapse photographer Dustin Farrell. Compiled from storm chasing adventures this past summer, most lightning footage was captured in uncompressed raw at 1000 frames per second with a Phantom Flex4K.
