Guy Gets Green Screen Tattoo in Homage to Rick and Mortys Portal Gun

Tattoo artist (Roy) Lee Rowlett completed an interesting tattoo for a client that wanted to do an homage to Rick and Morty’s portal gun— which allows them to travel between different universes/dimensions/realities. The ‘green screen’ themed tattoo allows the client to project any video/image he wants onto the area, which works nicely within the theme of a portal that can take you to another universe/dimension/reality. A Behind the Scenes Look at the Incredible VFX of Aquaman

In the two clips above we get to go behind the scenes to some before/after sequences from the AQUAMAN movie showing how VFX ILM, MPC, Scanline, Iloura etc. created the visual effects for the film. Producer Kimberly Nelson LoCascio wrangled two VFX supervisors and multiple VFX houses to help deliver more than 2,300 visual effects shots for director James Wan’s take on the DC Comics superhero.
