First ‘Shazam!’ trailer shows off a lighter side of DC

Meet your next new big-screen DC superhero. Warner Bros. has shared a first look at Shazam!, starring Asher Angel as a kid who gains the ability to transform into a grown-up superhero (Zachary Levi) by uttering a magic word.  In contrast to the gloom and doom of the Batman and Superman movies, or even the seriousness of Wonder Woman, Shazam! looks light and funny. Sources: Apple is acquiring music recognition app Shazam

Beat Shazam is one of those TV game shows that you dont just watch you can play along at home, using the Shazam app. In fact, the company recently added the ability to sync your gameplay to recorded footage of the show.
