Artist Blows Glass Vases Directly Into Slabs of Live Edge Wood

Artwork by Scott Slagerman Wood & Glass is an ongoing series of works by glass artist, Scott Slagerman, in collaboration with Jim Fishman. Each glass vase is formed by directly blowing it into a cut out shape from a slab of live edge wood. You can see from some of the process shots below that the pieces themselves are quite large.
